Quality Report 2015/16
All health and social care organisations in Northern Ireland are committed to improving the quality of their services. Our aim is to have safe, effective, patient and client-focused services, where all patients and clients are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. They should also be fully involved in decisions affecting their treatment, care and support. Today, we publish the Patient and Client Council Annual Quality Report, which shows how we have contributed to this aim.
