Pseudomonas Review

The Patient and Client Council calls for better communication and clearer information, following the Independent Review into the infection pseudomonas.

Maeve Hully, Chief Executive says

“This remains a very difficult time for parents and their families.  We know from our work that a lack of clear communication and information are a major concern for people when using Health and Social Care services. 

 

“The Patient and Client Council will be looking for evidence that lessons have been learned and communication improved, now recommendations have been made.  People need to get the right information at the right time.” 

 

The Patient and Client Council will continue to ensure that people are supported to have their voice heard by key decision makers in Health and Social Care.
