Our coffee connection events are intended to bring together PCC scheme members for an informal and friendly chat over a cuppa, on us.  The national health service belongs to us all.  And that includes you.  We have all needed or will be reliant upon the health service at some point in our lives.  It is now a statutory obligation to involve members of the public in proposed changes to our health care.  This is our chance to be involved in how funding is allocated and used. From identifying what services are to be offered to us, right through to how and when that service will be delivered, and everything in between.  Changes and improvements to our health care are always on the agenda and there are some hot topics on the table right now.  We'll be at a number of venues throughout Northern Ireland and would love you to come along.  You decide if you'd like to be involved and just how 'involved' you'd like to be...

More Coffee Connection events are being arranged, so if there's not an event near you as listed above, visit us again.  We're regularly updating this page.

Could you host a coffee connections event?  Do you own or manage a coffee shop, cafe or other suitable premises for holding a coffee meeting?  Our events are held over a couple of hours and usually involve quite small informal groups and we pay for the refereshments.  If you think you might be interested in hosting a coffee connections event then we'd love to hear from you.  Please email me with details at:

This page will be updated regularly, so come back soon...

Thank you all so much for giving people like myself an opportunity to be part of the future of improvements in Health care. Having an input is so important for service givers and users. You all do an amazing job and thank God for Angels like yourselves.

I think the Coffee Connections is a great idea and I will certainly attend one that might be held in Ballymena, sometimes these events are the only time that you can hear from others what exactly is taking place within the NHS.
