The Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence (CHRE) is very pleased to announce a series of six interactive meetings to be held in London, Liverpool, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Belfast. We would like to invite you, your colleagues and your members to attend any one of these meetings that will be convenient to you.
These meetings are free and CHRE has an expenses policy for attendance of our meetings. You can access this policy by visiting our website https://www.chre.org.uk/public/199
The programme for the day is designed to help de-mystify the role of regulation in the health sector and to explore the role of the patient and members of the public in shaping regulation policy. Various exercises will enable you to get involved and lend your voice to some ongoing debates in the field of professional regulation. You will also meet representatives from the health professional regulatory bodies, who are working with us to deliver these meetings. We look forward to seeing you all in March.
To see draft programmes for each event, please visit our website https://www.chre.org.uk/public/199. Places at the meetings are limited, so we encourage you to register early for your chosen event to avoid disappointment in the spring.
You can register by emailing us at
reception@chre.org.uk or by calling us on 020 7389 8030. When you email or telephone us, please clearly state your full name, the date and location of the event you wish to register for.
If you are booking a place at events in Cardiff or Liverpool, please let us know when registering for the event if you wish to speak Welsh at the meeting in order for us to make the necessary arrangements.
